Shipping Questions
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders - no minimum purchase required.
Shipping is limited to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You can expect your order to arrive within 6–10 business days in total.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, including the carrier details (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) and tracking number. You can track your order in real-time using our Track Your Order page.
Please note: it may take up to 1-3 business days for tracking information to become available after placing an order.
Do you ship to countries outside the United Kingdom?
Active Peaks only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We're focusing on providing the best possible service to our United Kingdom customers first — but we hope to expand to other countries in the future.
Return and Refund Questions
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that customised or hygiene-related items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our automated fulfilment process.
How and when will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
